Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day financial operations, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Prepare accurate financial reports, statements, and budget analyses to support strategic healthcare delivery.
Collaborate with department heads to monitor budgets and control operational costs.
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, healthcare industry standards, and internal policies.
Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and reconciliation.

Requirements and Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
Professional Certification: Possession or in-progress pursuit of professional qualifications such as ICAN, ACCA, or ACA will be considered a distinct advantage.
Experience: A minimum of three (3) years of relevant accounting experience, ideally within the healthcare sector.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in modern accounting software and advanced command of Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel).
Soft Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, paired with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
