Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and summarize the company’s current financial status by collecting data and drafting balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and periodic reports.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all financial transactions.
- Manage the verification, allocation, posting, and reconciliation of financial transactions.
- Review and process employee expense claims and incoming payment receipts.
- Analyze financial trends and provide insights to support management decision-making.
- Cultivate strong, positive relationships with our clients through effective communication and service.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc) in Accounting or a related field.
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in an accounting or financial role.
- Proven proficiency in using ERP management systems.
- Advanced technical skills, including mastery of MS Office (specifically Excel) and various accounting software.
- A deep understanding of basic accounting principles and procedures.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate client interactions.
