The Role

As the Treasury Manager, you will serve as a critical component of the organization’s financial health. You will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial resources, maintaining optimal liquidity, and implementing strategies that mitigate financial risk. Key Responsibilities

Cash Flow & Liquidity: Manage daily cash positions and develop robust forecasting models to support business operations.
Banking Relationships: Serve as the primary liaison with financial institutions, negotiating service agreements and banking facilities.
Financial Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to interest rates, foreign exchange, and liquidity.
Strategic Funding: Develop funding strategies for capital projects and evaluate investment opportunities for surplus capital.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the treasury team, fostering a culture of high performance and operational excellence.

Requirements

To be considered for this pivotal role, candidates must possess:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA) is strictly required.
A minimum of 7–10 years of progressive experience in treasury or finance functions.
