Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of financial duties, including:

Maintaining accurate financial records and updating accounting systems with daily transactions.
Handling bank reconciliations and monitoring cash flow to ensure operational efficiency.
Processing invoices, payments, receipts, and expense claims.
Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
Supporting budget preparation and financial forecasting processes.
Ensuring full compliance with Nigerian financial regulations and company policies.
Assisting with internal and external audits and managing payroll information.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

A Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
3–6 years of proven accounting experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant accounting software (Sage, QuickBooks, or Tally experience is highly preferred).
Strong knowledge of Nigerian tax requirements and financial regulations.
Exceptional numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, or ATS) is a distinct advantage.
