About the Role
As the Account Officer, you will work closely with the Senior Accountant and collaborate with cross-functional teams across the business. Your primary objective will be to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of all financial information. Key Responsibilities
- Process financial transactions and maintain meticulous accounting records.
- Support inventory accounting and stock reconciliation processes.
- Work closely with production costing and standard costing procedures.
- Assist in supporting month-end reporting activities.
- Ensure compliance with basic Nigerian tax regulations.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for this exciting position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- ICAN ATS or a professional qualification in progress is an advantage, though not strictly essential.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven accounting experience.
