About the Role: Supervisor at Ace Mall
As a Supervisor at Ace Mall, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our diverse service offerings. This is a unique opportunity to oversee and elevate the customer experience across multiple exciting venues, including our Eatery, Lounge, Cinema, Salon, and Arcade. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining our high standards of service, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to:
- Supervising daily operations within your assigned areas (Eatery, Lounge, Cinema, Salon, Arcade).
- Leading and motivating a dedicated team to deliver outstanding service.
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and operational standards.
- Managing inventory, scheduling, and resource allocation efficiently.
- Resolving customer inquiries and ensuring a positive visitor experience.
- Contributing to the overall success and vibrant atmosphere of Ace Mall.
