Role Overview & Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Associate, you will serve as the face of Ainiz Home, ensuring every customer enjoys a seamless shopping experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and assisting customers warmly in the store
- Helping customers select the best home and kitchenware products to suit their needs
- Accurately recording all sales transactions using the Loyverse POS system
- Providing dedicated support to both retail shoppers and wholesale buyers
- Maintaining clean, visually appealing, and well-organized product displays
- Monitoring store inventory levels and promptly reporting low stock
- Assisting with opening procedures (arriving by 8:45 AM for a 9:00 AM store opening) and closing procedures (starting at 5:45 PM for a 6:00 PM close)
Requirements & Qualifications

- Previous experience in retail or sales (considered a strong advantage)

Compensation, Benefits & Working Conditions

- Monthly Salary: ₦120,000 (Gross) with potential performance-based commissions
- Working Hours: 8:45 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday, with occasional Sunday work required and compensated accordingly)
- Annual Leave: 10 working days per year
- Sick Leave: 5 days per year (medical report required for absences exceeding one day)
