Role Overview and Responsibilities

As the Outlet Supervisor, you will be the driving force behind the daily operations of our OPIC Isheri outlet. Your primary objective will be to provide outstanding leadership to the team, maximize profitability, and minimize waste and operational costs. Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing day-to-day operations and management of the outlet.
• Leading, mentoring, and motivating team members to maintain high performance.
• Ensuring adherence to So Fresh's strict quality assurance, hygiene, and freshness standards.
• Delivering excellent customer service to foster long-term customer relationships.
• Accurately maintaining financial, inventory, and operational records.

Requirements for the Role

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Qualification: Minimum of OND, HND, or BSc in any relevant discipline.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of professional experience in the food or retail industry.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity within food or retail.
• Skills: Strong record-keeping, supervisor capabilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Location: Candidates must reside close to OPIC Isheri, Ogun State.

Compensation and Benefits
