Role Overview
As the Retail Manager, you will serve as the face of Zashadu in-store. This role is pivotal in maintaining the luxury standards our clients expect. You will be responsible for leading store operations, mentoring our talented sales associates, and ensuring that the brand vision is brought to life daily. Additionally, you will play a key role in the organizational structure by representing the retail front at our corporate management meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Manage all aspects of daily store functions, including opening/closing, visual merchandising, and inventory control.
- Team Leadership: Train and coach staff on product knowledge, brand values, and the art of premium customer service.
- Customer Experience: Deliver a personalized, luxury shopping experience and handle VIP client relations with discretion and professionalism.
- Sales Performance: Drive revenue growth by monitoring trends, implementing marketing campaigns, and achieving ambitious sales targets.
- Reporting and Collaboration: Maintain accurate sales and inventory reporting while working cross-functionally with the Creative, Marketing, and Production teams.
Qualifications
- Education: HND or B.Sc in Business, Marketing, Fashion, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 3+ years in retail management, with a preference for candidates with backgrounds in luxury or premium lifestyle brands.
- Skills: Strong leadership, exceptional communication, proficiency in POS systems and MS Office, and meticulous attention to detail.
