About the Role
As the Outlet Concept Manager, you will take full ownership of the Bakery and HMR operations at your assigned store. Your core mission is to guarantee exceptional quality production, maximize resource efficiency, boost sales, maintain healthy profit margins, and deliver stellar customer satisfaction—all while upholding the highest standards of safety and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and supervise daily and weekly Bakery and HMR production activities.
- Ensure strict adherence to standard recipes, production processes, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Oversee inventory management, receiving, dispatching, procurement, and resource allocation.
- Monitor sales performance, profit margins, product costing, shrinkage, and overall P&L outcomes.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to foster a culture of excellence and high productivity.
- Support new product development while maintaining strict product consistency and quality.
- Manage production equipment maintenance and optimize workflow efficiency.
- Develop and execute comprehensive budgets, sales forecasts, and strategic business reports.
- Build lasting customer relationships and collaborate closely with merchandising teams.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study.
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in the Retail Industry, including 3 to 4 years in a supervisory or management capacity.
- Demonstrated expertise in Bakery and HMR production and retail operations.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, analytical, and people-management skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of production planning, inventory control, quality assurance, and P&L management.
- Proactive, self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
- Willingness to work extended hours as business needs require.
