In this role, you will be the driving force behind the showroom's success, ensuring that every customer experiences the premium quality and service that the SPAR brand demands.
What You'll Do
- Drive showroom sales and consistently achieve or exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Welcome customers warmly, expertly present products, and prepare accurate, competitive quotations.
- Proactively generate and follow up on new leads to support ongoing business growth.
- Curate attractive, on-brand product displays and maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards.
- Oversee daily showroom operations in alignment with SPAR's rigorous procedures.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of orders, payments, deliveries, and maintain strict inventory accuracy.
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and provide valuable market and customer feedback to senior leadership.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the showroom sales team to deliver peak performance.
What You Bring
- An HND or B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of solid experience in retail or showroom sales, with mandatory experience in the furniture or home décor sector.
- Strong sales acumen and exceptional customer relationship-building skills, backed by a proven track record of hitting targets.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and manage a high-performing retail team.
- A keen eye for detail with a solid understanding of showroom operations and visual merchandising.
