About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Senior People Coordinator to support the growing demand for People-related services across the organization. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering timely, high-quality support to employees and business leaders, coordinating key People operations and processes, and ensuring an exceptional employee experience from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Support employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and engagement.
- Partner with the People team lead to implement HR programs and policies effectively.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee and manager inquiries regarding HR operations.
- Support with coordinating employee transactions, benefits, and incentive programs.
- Collaborate closely with Talent, Finance, and other business stakeholders.
- Provide support with preparing and analyzing People metrics, reports, and workforce data.
- Support employee relations and foster a positive, inclusive employee experience.
- Ensure strict compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and HR best practices.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems data with meticulous attention to detail.
What You Bring (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or any other relevant discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years of professional work experience, preferably in HR, people operations, administration, employee services, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and integrity.
- Certifications from reputable bodies such as SHRM, HRCI, or CIPM will be an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
- Demonstrated customer-service mindset with a focus on responsiveness and employee experience.
- Evidence of collaboration and partnership across diverse teams to achieve shared objectives.
