With a presence in multiple countries and a commitment to innovation, we have established ourselves as a powerhouse in R&D, production, and service. We are now looking for a dedicated HR expert to help us replicate our success within our Home Appliance division.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment pipelines for sales, retail, service engineers, warehouse, and office personnel.
Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and offboarding.
Act as a strategic partner to department managers to address complex manpower and organizational development needs.
Drive employee engagement and culture-building initiatives to foster a high-performance environment.
Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary matters with discretion and professionalism.
Ensure full compliance with Nigerian labour laws and internal company policies.
Prepare comprehensive HR reports, manage documentation, and maintain key HR metrics.

Requirements for Success

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of progressive HR experience, specifically within the home appliance or consumer electronics sector.
Direct experience supporting major brands such as TCL, Hisense, Midea, Haier, LG, or Samsung is highly preferred.
A deep understanding of Nigerian labour laws and best practices.
Proven ability to manage recruitment and HR operations in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
A professional HR certification (CIPM, PHRi, SHRM, or CIPD) will be considered a significant advantage.
