The Role

Core Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, from crafting job descriptions to onboarding new hires who share our commitment to excellence.
• Culture & Engagement: Champion initiatives that foster inclusivity, boost morale, and drive employee retention.
• Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor, mediating conflicts and ensuring a harmonious, respectful work environment.
• Compliance & Administration: Manage all HR documentation, including contracts and disciplinary records, while ensuring full compliance with current labor laws.
• Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with leadership to align HR objectives with overall business goals.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related field.
• A Master's degree is considered a significant advantage.
• Preferred Professional Certifications: CIPM, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, HRCI (PHR/SPHR), or CIPD.
