Key Qualifications and Requirements

Gender: Male candidate preferred for gender balance.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of demonstrable HR experience.
Certification: Must hold a recognized HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI).
Skills: Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Location: Must reside within or around the Ajah–Epe axis.
Bonus: Prior experience working in an educational setting will be considered an added advantage.
