Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment and seamless onboarding processes for new hires.
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary management effectively.
Maintain accurate HR documentation, personnel files, and robust records management systems.
Coordinate performance reviews, incentive programs, and promotional pathways.
Administer comprehensive staff benefits, including HMO, pension schemes, Group Life Insurance (GLI), and leave management.
Ensure strict compliance with the Nigerian Labour Act and other relevant employment regulations.
Facilitate staff training programs and promote workplace health and safety standards.
Prepare and present comprehensive monthly HR reports to executive management.

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
2 to 3 years of hands-on professional HR experience.
Solid working knowledge of the Nigerian Labour Act and local employment laws.
CIPM certification or ongoing professional studies will be considered a strong advantage.
Prior experience in manufacturing, healthcare, or FMCG environments is highly preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, excellent documentation, and strong report-writing skills.
