As a Security Operative, you will be the frontline representative of our company, ensuring the safety and integrity of our clients' assets and personnel. We are looking for individuals who embody professionalism, integrity, and a proactive approach to safety.

Key Responsibilities

Protect client personnel, property, and assets against theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.
Monitor and control access to premises by verifying visitors, staff, and contractors.
Conduct regular patrols and observe for suspicious activities or safety hazards.
Respond promptly and professionally to all emergencies, alarms, and incidents.
Maintain detailed logs, incident reports, and shift records.
Enforce company and client security policies with a high level of discipline.
Provide courteous assistance to visitors while strictly adhering to security protocols.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Minimum of SSCE/WAEC/NECO or equivalent.
Experience: Previous experience in the private security industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
Communication: Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Physicality: Physically fit and capable of working long shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Character: Strong sense of integrity, honesty, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Training: Relevant security training or certifications are highly desirable and considered an added advantage.
