The Role

The successful candidate will provide high-level strategic direction for all manned guarding operations. You will be tasked with balancing operational rigor with business development, ensuring that the company remains at the forefront of the private security industry.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence: Oversee all manned guarding operations, develop comprehensive SOPs, and conduct rigorous site audits to ensure full compliance.
Business Development: Drive the company’s market presence by preparing technical proposals, managing commercial bids, and nurturing high-value client relationships.
Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with executive management on budgeting, resource planning, and long-term business strategy.
Team Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of security personnel, from site supervisors to patrol officers, fostering a culture of discipline and professional development.
Risk & Compliance: Proactively identify operational risks and ensure that all practices meet local regulations and industry best practices.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Security Management, Criminology, Law, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience within the private security industry.
A minimum of 2 years in a senior operational leadership role within a reputable man-guarding company.
A proven, verifiable track record in business development and account management.
Deep insight into the Nigerian private security regulatory landscape.
