Key Responsibilities

As a Bouncer, you will play an active role in security management and customer service. Your key duties will include:

Monitoring entry and exit points to ensure only authorized guests gain access.
Verifying credentials and enforcing the venue's rules with absolute professionalism and tact.
Preventing and de-escalating potential conflicts in a calm, efficient manner.
Maintaining a visible, reassuring, and professional security presence.
Collaborating with management to ensure guest safety and a smooth flow of operations.

Requirements & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Experience: A minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience in security, crowd control, or similar roles.
Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle diverse situations and interact positively with the public.
Presentation: Professional appearance, solid physical presence, and a positive, confident attitude.
Resilience: Ability to work and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Location: Must currently reside in Lagos or be willing and ready to relocate.
