About the Role
As the COO, you will be the backbone of operational integrity, ensuring that our security solutions are delivered with precision and professionalism. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across multiple client sites, managing large-scale deployments, and fostering a culture of compliance and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight: Manage complex security operations across diverse client locations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Policy Development: Architect and implement robust operational policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Human Capital Management: Lead comprehensive manpower planning, including deployment, training programs, performance management, and staff welfare initiatives.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients to ensure expectations are consistently exceeded.
- Compliance & Risk: Maintain strict adherence to regulatory, contractual, and health and safety requirements while proactively managing operational risks and incident responses.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the executive team to define business strategy, manage budgets, and optimize resource utilization.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Business Administration, Criminology, Law, Risk Management, or a related field. (A Master's degree or professional security certification is highly preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years specifically in a senior operational leadership role.
- Proven background in private security, military, police, paramilitary, or large-scale corporate security sectors.
- Demonstrated expertise in operational planning, regulatory compliance, and high-level stakeholder management.
- Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills suitable for a senior executive environment.
