Key Responsibilities
- Training & Development: Design and deliver comprehensive curricula covering everything from guarding operations and access control to executive protection and emergency response.
- Standards & Compliance: Oversee the certification process, ensuring every guard meets our high professional standards before deployment.
- Operational Support: Engage in field visits to evaluate performance and provide hands-on coaching to reinforce training protocols.
- Leadership: Mentor supervisors and personnel, fostering a culture of integrity, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
- Academy Expansion: Support our commercial training offerings for corporate clients, contributing to our reputation as an industry thought leader.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Security Management, Criminology, Law, Military Science, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience within the private security industry.
- At least 3 years of dedicated experience in training delivery or supervisory roles.
- Proven ability to develop training materials, conduct practical assessments, and manage induction programs.
- A creative, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
