About the Role
As a Customer Service & Sales Executive, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our client's valued customers. Your role will bridge the gap between customer needs and effective solutions, playing a vital role in the company's success. You will be responsible for providing world-class support while actively converting enquiries into sales to meet and exceed performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Respond professionally to enquiries via phone, email, social media, and in-person interactions.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term relationships to foster brand loyalty and repeat business.
- Sales Excellence: Identify customer needs, provide expert product/service recommendations, and consistently achieve sales KPIs.
- Administrative Precision: Process orders accurately, manage leads, and prepare detailed reports on sales and service performance.
- Collaborative Service: Work cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Who We Are Looking For
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any relevant discipline.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in Sales or Customer Service.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A target-driven mindset with the tenacity to achieve objectives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Location Requirement: Applicants must reside in or near Anthony, Ikeja, Maryland, Gbagada, Ilupeju, or Oshodi.
