Key Responsibilities

Manage inbound and outbound calls with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Provide comprehensive and accurate information regarding our products, services, and company policies.
Proactively resolve customer complaints and inquiries, maintaining professionalism at every turn.
Document all interactions accurately within our internal systems.
Strive to meet and exceed performance metrics, including call quality and resolution time.
Adhere to established scripts and compliance protocols.

Who We Are Looking For

Education: A High School Diploma or equivalent; a University Degree is considered a plus.
Experience: Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred, along with familiarity with CRM software.
