Key Responsibilities
- Sales Execution: Take ownership of your territory by achieving and exceeding assigned sales and distribution targets.
- Stock Management: Proactively manage van stock levels to ensure consistent product availability for your customers.
- Customer Relations: Build and nurture long-term relationships with retail outlets to ensure brand loyalty.
- Merchandising: Maintain high standards of product visibility and shelf presence at every retail stop.
- Operational Excellence: Demonstrate accountability for all stock loaded and ensure compliance with traffic regulations while on the move.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for individuals who are not just drivers, but sales professionals who understand the rhythm of the FMCG market. The ideal candidate should possess:
- Education: A minimum of an NCE or OND qualification.
- Experience: At least 6 to 12 months of sales experience, ideally within the distribution sector.
- Licensing: A valid Driver’s License and an active LASDRI certificate.
- Skills: Strong commercial acumen, a professional demeanor, and the physical capability to handle both vehicle operation and active product sales.
