Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service & Sales: Welcome customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized styling advice, fittings, and product recommendations. Drive sales through effective upselling, cross-selling, and achieving individual and team targets.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of brand collections, fabrics, sizing, care instructions, and current fashion trends.
- Store Presentation: Ensure a clean, organized, and attractive shop floor. Assist with visual merchandising, mannequin styling, and stock replenishment.
- Stock & Store Operations: Handle deliveries, price tagging, stock transfers, and participate in regular stocktaking while adhering to loss-prevention procedures.
- Cash Handling: Process payments, refunds, and POS transactions accurately, while encouraging customer sign-ups for loyalty programs.
- Teamwork & Compliance: Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues, maintain company policies, and represent the brand professionally at all times.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably within the fashion or luxury retail sector.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong interest in fashion, styling, and contemporary trends.
- Good numerical ability and basic computer proficiency (familiarity with POS systems is a distinct advantage).
- Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays as required.
