The Role
As a Sales Personnel specializing in tyres and batteries, you will serve as a key driver for market expansion. Your primary objective will be to identify new business opportunities while maintaining and nurturing existing client accounts. You will be instrumental in increasing brand footprint through effective engagement with dealers, distributors, and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives in the tyres, batteries, and lubricants segment.
- Proactively develop new business leads and cultivate relationships within the dealer and corporate channels.
- Provide expert product consultation to clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets within your assigned territory.
- Maintain a high level of market intelligence regarding the Kano region and its surrounding areas.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 2–5+ years of demonstrable sales experience specifically within the tyres, batteries, or lubricant industries is mandatory.
- Network Management: Proven track record of successfully managing dealer/distributor and corporate accounts.
- Skills: Excellent business development, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Regional Expertise: Strong working knowledge of the Kano market is essential.
- Mobility: Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned territory to meet business needs.
