Operations & Guest Experience

Operational Excellence: Seamlessly manage all daily spa operations, from intricate staff scheduling to ensuring every treatment room is perfectly prepared and the entire facility is maintained to the highest standards.
Premium Service Delivery: Uphold and elevate our premium guest service standards. You will be the point person for promptly handling guest feedback and skillfully resolving any client escalations to ensure utmost satisfaction.
Compliance & Safety: Guarantee strict adherence to all health, safety, sanitation, and licensing regulations across all service areas, fostering a safe and secure environment for both guests and staff.

Business Growth & Financial Management

Revenue Generation: Drive significant spa revenue by conceiving and executing innovative strategies to boost bookings, expand membership enrollments, and increase retail product sales.
Fiscal Prudence: Take charge of the spa's budget, meticulously control labor costs, and oversee all aspects of inventory management, including precise ordering and rigorous auditing of stock levels.
Performance Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses of monthly sales data, closely tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for optimizing pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.

Team Leadership & Training

Talent Development: Play a pivotal role in recruiting, onboarding, and continually evaluating our team of therapists, receptionists, and attendants, cultivating a high-performance environment.
Skill Enhancement: Organize and implement ongoing training programs to ensure all staff members are highly skilled in the latest wellness treatments, product knowledge, and customer service best practices.

What We're Looking For: Your Profile

Education: A Bachelor’s Degree or a diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a certified qualification in Spa/Wellness Management.
Experience: A proven track record of 3–5 years in a leadership role within a spa, salon, or luxury hospitality management setting.
Skills: Exceptional communication abilities, demonstrated retail sales expertise, and proficiency with essential spa booking and Point-of-Sale (POS) software (e.g., Mindbody, Zenoti).
Qualities: Strong, inspiring leadership capabilities, a polished executive presence, and an authentic, undeniable passion for wellness and delivering outstanding customer care.
