Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for candidates who bring a blend of experience, analytical rigor, and emotional intelligence. You should have:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field (an MBA/Master’s is strongly preferred).
At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 5 years at a senior management or executive level.
Proven expertise in real estate, property development, or financial services.
Strong competencies in strategic planning, change management, and financial acumen.
Professional certifications such as PMP or Certified Operations Manager are highly valued.
