Key Responsibilities

Staff Management: Coordinate and lead field staff to ensure high levels of productivity and performance.

Business Development: Drive initiatives to expand our client base and improve service delivery models.
Reporting: Work closely with the Business Owner to align operational goals with company objectives.

Requirements

A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
3–5 years of proven experience in operations management within the Home Care, Cleaning Services, Facilities Management, or Hospitality sectors.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a track record of supervising field teams.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
