The Role

As our Senior Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind our revenue growth. You will be tasked with identifying new business opportunities across corporate, retail, and hospitality sectors, while leading a team dedicated to providing top-tier service to our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to hit ambitious revenue targets.

Who You Are

You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
You possess 5–7 years of robust sales management experience, ideally within the hospitality, entertainment, or events industry.
You are a natural leader with excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
You thrive in fast-paced environments and have a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
You are proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
