The Opportunity: Sales Team Lead - State Business (Cross River)
As a Sales Team Lead, you will be at the forefront of our business operations in Cross River, tasked with developing and executing strategies to expand our market reach and deepen customer relationships. Your leadership will be instrumental in guiding a team dedicated to achieving sales objectives, focusing on both customer acquisition and retention through data-driven approaches.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement effective strategies for initiating new mandates and overseeing daily work plans for your team members.
- Team Development & Performance: Harness each team member's skills to ensure the achievement of team targets, organize periodic marketing activities, and aid in closing complex sales.
- Market Expansion: Prospect and obtain necessary approvals for new markets and mandates, contributing directly to our growth objectives.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough KYC on customers introduced by team members and ensure all company brand materials and physical working spaces uphold our high presentation standards.
- Reporting & Analysis: Generate comprehensive reports on team performance, mission-related objectives, and deadlines, providing valuable insights to management.
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide quality customer service, effectively handling enquiries and complaints to maintain our reputation for excellence.
- Leadership & Support: Support the team manager, performing management duties when necessary, and provide direction and clarity of responsibilities to team members.
- Employee Engagement: Foster a cohesive and effective team environment, ensuring seamless collaboration across divisions and providing development support to equip team members with essential knowledge and skills.
