- Education: A minimum of BSc/HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- Experience: Proven, hands-on experience as a Sales Supervisor or a Senior Sales Representative with demonstrable leadership capabilities.
- Leadership & Communication: Exceptional leadership qualities coupled with strong, clear, and persuasive communication skills.
- Resilience & Drive: The ability to thrive under pressure, maintain focus, and consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
