The Role

As our Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of our business development efforts. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to expand our renewable energy portfolio.

Team Leadership: Mentor, supervise, and support the sales team to ensure peak performance and goal attainment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
4 – 6 years of professional experience in sales, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership capacity.
A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving organizational growth.
Exceptional leadership, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
Bonus: Previous experience in the renewable energy, engineering, or technical sales industries is highly desirable.
