The Opportunity: Sales Manager
As our Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing sales strategies that not only meet but exceed revenue targets, significantly increasing our market share. This pivotal role involves leading and inspiring a high-performing sales team, fostering robust client relationships, and ensuring the seamless conversion of leads into successful property acquisitions. You will be at the heart of our client journey, collaborating closely with our Marketing, CRM, and Affiliate teams to optimize every interaction from initial interest to property ownership.
What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop, implement, and rigorously review annual and quarterly sales plans, ensuring alignment with NeoHomes Limited's overarching business objectives.
- Drive the achievement of ambitious monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets, contributing directly to the company's profitability.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities, explore market expansion initiatives, and strategically position NeoHomes for future success.
- Monitor evolving market trends, analyze competitor activities, and understand customer preferences to inform dynamic sales approaches.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead, coach, mentor, and supervise a dedicated sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Set clear, measurable individual and team sales targets, providing the framework for success.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and engaging sales meetings to track progress, provide feedback, and celebrate achievements.
- Develop and implement innovative sales incentive programs designed to motivate and reward outstanding performance.

Lead Conversion & Revenue Generation
- Ensure efficient follow-up processes and maximize the conversion of qualified leads into definitive property sales.

- Expertly negotiate and successfully close high-value sales transactions, securing key deals for the company.
Client Relationship Management

- Collaborate effectively with the CRM Team to refine lead nurturing strategies and enhance overall customer engagement.
- Partner with the Affiliate Manager to maximize referral channels and capitalize on partnership opportunities.
- Provide invaluable support to management in developing ambitious growth initiatives and effective market penetration strategies.
Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly sales performance reports, offering clear insights into progress.
- Track critical sales metrics, including conversion rates, revenue performance, and team productivity.
- Present insightful sales forecasts and strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Maintain impeccable sales records and accurate pipeline reports, ensuring data integrity.

What You'll Bring: Qualifications & Experience
Education
