Role Overview

As a Sales Executive, you will be the face of the company, responsible for growing the footprint of premium automotive products within corporate accounts and dealer networks. You will manage the full sales lifecycle, from identifying new business leads to fostering long-term relationships with distributors, fleet operators, and key corporate stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth by promoting a comprehensive range of automotive products.
Proactively prospect and develop new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
Maintain and nurture strong, professional relationships with dealers, distributors, and fleet managers.
Consistently meet or exceed established monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
Conduct regular field visits to ensure market presence and gather on-the-ground intelligence.
Oversee the coordination of product orders and delivery logistics to ensure customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

A Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
2–4 years of proven experience in sales, ideally within the automotive, tyre, lubricant, or FMCG sectors.
Demonstrable experience managing corporate clients and dealer networks.
Strong negotiation prowess and the ability to influence key decision-makers.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A valid driver's licence is considered an added advantage.
