About the Role

As a Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our business development efforts. You will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and corporate clients to expand our market footprint. We are looking for an individual who is not only capable of meeting demanding sales targets but also skilled in identifying and unlocking new growth opportunities within their assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth by effectively managing dealer and corporate account portfolios.
Execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
Build and maintain long-term partnerships with new and existing clients.
Travel within the assigned territory to ensure consistent market coverage and support.

Candidate Requirements

Educational Background: OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
Industry Experience: Mandatory 2–3 years of hands-on sales experience specifically in tyres, batteries, or lubricants.
Strategic Skills: Proven ability to manage dealer/distributor networks and corporate client accounts.
Market Insight: Solid knowledge of the Kano market and its unique commercial dynamics.
Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and business development capabilities.
