The Role

As the Regional Store Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our operational success within the Asaba, Kwale, Sapele, Bomadi, Ughelli, Abraka, and Warri regions. Reporting to the Zonal Store Manager, you will ensure our logistical operations run smoothly, allowing us to expand our footprint and serve more customers efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Oversight: Maintain rigorous control of warehouse inventory, including serial-based scanning and regular stock reporting.
Logistics Coordination: Manage third-party transporters to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of goods to Sun King stores.
Store Compliance & Standards: Monitor store cleanliness and etiquette, ensuring Store Executives comply with all legal requirements and operational protocols.
Reporting & Analysis: Prepare weekly stock reports, review marketing reports for accuracy, and communicate any inventory shortages or losses to HQ.
Team Leadership & Training: Provide ongoing training to Store Executives (SSEs) and offer support by filling in during medical or personal leave.
Faulty Product Management: Facilitate the return of faulty inventory to HQ in a streamlined process.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who demonstrate excellence, integrity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ideal candidates will possess:

A Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Diploma in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
At least 2 years of progressive experience in procurement, supply, or inventory management, preferably within a multinational setting.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using ERP or inventory management systems.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
A results-oriented mindset and the ability to foster strong professional relationships.
