The Role

As our Inventory Controller, you will be the backbone of our supply chain operations. You will be responsible for maintaining impeccable inventory records, reconciling physical stock with system data, and ensuring that our luxury products are accurately tracked across our warehouse and retail locations. Your work will directly impact our ability to meet customer demand and optimize our retail success.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and track stock movement across all company locations.
• Perform regular cycle counts and full audits to ensure system accuracy.
• Implement and enforce FIFO (First-in, First-out) stock rotation protocols.
• Manage the documentation of shipments, transfers, and warehouse activities.
• Investigate stock discrepancies and provide detailed reports to management.
• Collaborate with Finance, Purchasing, and Retail teams to optimize stock levels.
• Utilize ERP software to maintain data integrity and generate performance reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse operations, ideally within the retail or fashion sector.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential; familiarity with ERP software (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle) is a significant advantage.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and communicate effectively across departments.
