Key Responsibilities

Capture and maintain accurate procurement data and records.
Track purchase requests, purchase orders, deliveries, and procurement activities.
Update and maintain procurement databases and spreadsheets.
Analyze procurement data and prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly reports.
Monitor procurement performance metrics and identify emerging trends.
Ensure the absolute accuracy and completeness of all procurement records.
Support the broader procurement team with critical data required for strategic planning and decision-making.
Assist in preparing insightful procurement dashboards and management reports.
Perform other administrative and analytical duties as assigned by management.

Requirements & Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Accounting, or a related field.
0–2 years of relevant experience in data entry, data gathering, reporting, administration, or an analytical role (NYSC experience is fully accepted).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including a solid grasp of formulas, Pivot Tables, and efficient data organization.
Strong analytical and numerical skills with a passion for problem-solving.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Ability to work with large volumes of data while strictly maintaining confidentiality.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
