Key Responsibilities

As our Regional Business Development Manager, you will serve as the driving force behind our market presence in the South West. Your primary duties will include:

Identifying and pursuing lucrative new business opportunities within the construction, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.
Developing and executing high-impact regional sales and marketing strategies that align with our corporate objectives.
Cultivating and maintaining long-term, high-value relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, construction firms, and government agencies.
Leading complex negotiations, crafting professional proposals, and successfully closing deals.
Gathering actionable market intelligence and providing leadership to our local sales teams to ensure performance targets are met.

What We Are Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (an MBA is considered a significant advantage).
5–7 years of proven professional experience in business development or sales, ideally within the construction, steel, or building materials industries.
An existing network within the region and a track record of consistent sales success.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities.
