Key Responsibilities
- Manage scheduling and calendar activities efficiently.
- Organize meetings, appointments, and travel plans.
- Handle calls, emails, and messages on behalf of the employer with utmost professionalism.
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations.
- Manage files, records, and confidential information securely.
- Handle personal errands, including shopping and various bookings.
- Arrange transportation, accommodation, and detailed travel itineraries.
- Organize meeting agendas and take accurate meeting minutes.
- Ensure urgent and important tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
Candidate Requirements
- Gender & Education: Female candidate holding a Secondary School Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience: Proven experience in an administrative role is strongly preferred.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, combined with outstanding organizational abilities.
