Key Responsibilities

P&L Management: Take full ownership of the center’s financial performance, driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.
Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute localized sales strategies spanning retail, trade, and institutional projects.
Team Mentorship: Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service.
Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term partnerships with architects, real estate developers, and corporate clients.
Operational Excellence: Oversee inventory, visual merchandising, and budget management to ensure a premium showroom experience.
Market Intelligence: Analyze sales data and monitor competitor activities to refine our market positioning.

Requirements for Success

We are looking for a seasoned leader who meets the following criteria:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. An MBA or professional certification is highly preferred.
Experience: A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in retail sales, showroom management, or trade sales within the paints, building materials, or FMCG sectors.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and POS systems.
Industry Knowledge: A strong grasp of color technology, product application trends, and customer-facing operational excellence.
