The Role
As the Operational Manager, you will serve as a linchpin for our daily activities. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily operational activities of the company.
- Ensure efficient management of production, logistics, inventory, and operational processes.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Supervise operational staff and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Monitor operational performance and prepare periodic reports for management.
- Ensure proper coordination between departments for smooth workflow.
- Maintain high standards of biosecurity, quality control, and operational safety.
- Identify operational challenges and provide practical solutions.
- Support management in achieving organizational goals and business growth.
Requirements
- Education: Must possess a degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, Animal Nutrition, or any related discipline.
- Experience: A minimum of 6 years of relevant working experience in the agro-allied industry.
- Technical Proficiency: Must possess a deep knowledge of agro-allied operations and be both technically and administratively sound.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Adaptability: Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operations effectively.
