The Role

As the Operational Manager, you will serve as a linchpin for our daily activities. Key Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate daily operational activities of the company.
Ensure efficient management of production, logistics, inventory, and operational processes.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
Supervise operational staff and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Monitor operational performance and prepare periodic reports for management.
Ensure proper coordination between departments for smooth workflow.
Maintain high standards of biosecurity, quality control, and operational safety.

Support management in achieving organizational goals and business growth.

Requirements

Education: Must possess a degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, Animal Nutrition, or any related discipline.
Experience: A minimum of 6 years of relevant working experience in the agro-allied industry.
Technical Proficiency: Must possess a deep knowledge of agro-allied operations and be both technically and administratively sound.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
Adaptability: Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operations effectively.
