The Role
As a Field Sales Manager, you will serve as a key ambassador for our brand, focusing on both commercial excellence and the highest standards of Health & Safety. You will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, nurturing relationships with stakeholders ranging from individual home builders to large-scale developers, and providing technical advice on our range of cement and concrete products.
Key Responsibilities
- Safety Leadership: Champion health and safety policies across all jobsites and ensure compliance among colleagues and subcontractors.
- Strategic Sales Management: Implement area sales strategies to achieve ambitious targets and profit margins while managing customer feedback and needs.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term loyalty with masons, architects, and construction companies through professional networking and technical advisory.
- Market Intelligence: Track construction activity, analyze competitor movements, and provide actionable reports to leadership to stay ahead of the curve.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the end-to-end sales process, including credit management, order tracking, and ensuring the timely delivery of products.

Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Building Technology, Architecture, Marketing, or a related Social Science field (a Master’s degree is an advantage).
- 3–4 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the construction or building materials sector.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, target-oriented environment.
- Technical proficiency with sales management software (e.g., SFDC), Excel, and modern communication tools.
