The Role: Enterprise Sales Executive (Lagos)

Are you a high-performing sales professional with a knack for driving revenue growth and securing enterprise-level clients? Cobranet Limited is seeking a dynamic and strategic Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team in Lagos. In this role, you will be responsible for maximizing our sales potential, designing actionable strategic business plans, and promoting long-term relationships with key corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

As an Enterprise Sales Executive, your daily activities and key performance areas will include:

  • Prospecting & Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and close new business opportunities to expand the company’s enterprise market share.
  • Strategic Sales Planning: Design and implement a robust sales strategy that ensures a strong company presence and meets revenue targets.
  • Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong, long-lasting partnerships with corporate clients by thoroughly understanding their unique business needs.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Present accurate sales reports, expense updates, and realistic market forecasts to the senior executive management team.
  • Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging markets, competitor activities, and new product offerings.
  • Operational Support: Oversee sales order processing, ensure the adequacy of sales materials, and handle customer complaints to ensure stellar after-sales service.

Requirements and Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and professional attributes:

  • Education: BSc/MSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A certification in sales or marketing is highly desirable.
  • Experience: Proven track record as a successful sales representative, consistently meeting or exceeding corporate sales targets.
  • Industry Background: Solid technical understanding or hands-on experience in the information technology, software, or telecommunications sector is an asset.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to influence and present credibly to C-level executives.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong business sense, outstanding negotiation skills, and a proven ability to drive the sales process from lead generation to close.
  • Personal Attributes: Highly organized, team-oriented, adaptable, and possessing excellent problem-solving and multitasking capabilities.
