Key Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of proven direct sales experience specifically within the building materials, ceramics, or manufacturing sectors.
• Proven Performance: A demonstrable track record of consistently meeting or exceeding demanding sales targets.
• Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills are essential. You must be adept at customer relationship management and business development.
• Process Knowledge: A comprehensive understanding of B2B and channel sales strategies.
