The Role

As a Channel Sales Executive, you will be the bridge between our innovative solar products and our network of distributors, wholesalers, and partners. Your primary goal will be to drive sales growth by ensuring our partners are well-stocked, motivated, and supported. We are looking for a proactive individual who thrives on building relationships and securing new business opportunities in the fast-growing renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and cold calling.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing distributors to maximize sales volume.
  • Revive dormant accounts and restore patronage.
  • Conduct site surveys, prepare technical quotations, and deliver impactful product presentations.
  • Maintain a robust CRM database and provide consistent, detailed sales forecasts.
  • Meet and exceed aggressive monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Represent the company at industry-leading exhibitions and conferences.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: HND or B.Sc. in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in channel sales, preferably within the renewable energy industry.
  • Assets: An existing network or database of re-sellers in the solar industry is highly preferred.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of solar solutions and basic electrical/electronic principles.
