The Role
As our Area Business Manager, you will serve as the heartbeat of our 'EasyBuy' direct distribution business. You will be responsible for orchestrating sales, collections, and team management to ensure our solar products reach the homes that need them most. You will mentor a team of 'Energy Officers,' ensuring they have the tools, training, and strategic direction to excel in their roles.
What You Will Do
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and retain a team of at least 40 Energy Officers. Your mentorship will be critical in ensuring they embody our values of integrity and professional service.
- Strategic Sales & Collections: You will own the responsibility for meeting and exceeding ambitious sales and collection targets. This involves daily monitoring, field support, and fostering a culture of operational excellence.
- Field Engagement: You will be a 'boots-on-the-ground' leader, conducting regular field visits, market activations, and community engagements to expand our reach and strengthen our brand presence.
- Customer Excellence: You will serve as the primary advocate for your customers, ensuring that product delivery, installation, and after-sales support are handled with the highest standard of quality.
- Operational Oversight: You will manage resources, marketing materials, and inventory efficiently to ensure maximum return on investment for the company.
Who You Are

- A Bachelor’s degree in a Business-related field or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of hands-on, proven experience in Sales.
