About the Role

As an Area Business Manager, you will serve as the heartbeat of our 'EasyBuy' direct distribution operations in your assigned region. You will lead a dedicated team of Energy Officers, ensuring that our solar solutions reach the homes that need them most while maintaining high standards of sales performance and customer collections.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Recruitment: Hire, train, and mentor a team of at least 40 Energy Officers, fostering a culture of integrity, professionalism, and high performance.
Strategic Sales & Collections: Drive the growth of the EasyBuy business unit by meeting and exceeding regional sales and collection targets.
Field Operations: Spend significant time in the field providing hands-on training, conducting market activations, and ensuring seamless customer service.
Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with village influencers, local leaders, and community groups to expand our brand footprint.
Operational Excellence: Manage logistics, marketing resources, and retail presence to ensure maximum ROI and customer satisfaction.

Who You Are

A degree in a Business-related field or equivalent experience.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Sales and/or Operations.
Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

A deep understanding of the local territory and the ability to build lasting relationships.
