About the Role: Account Executive - Commercial Sales
We are searching for proactive Account Executives to play a pivotal role in expanding Dragnet's commercial footprint. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about fostering client relationships, identifying new business avenues, and converting opportunities into tangible revenue. You will be instrumental in supporting our growth across diverse business areas, including recruitment, scholarships, assessments, Achieva, and other enterprise-level solutions.
While direct experience in all Dragnet business areas isn't a prerequisite, we are looking for candidates who demonstrate a rapid learning capability, confidence in client engagement, and unwavering follow-through on opportunities. Key Responsibilities: What You'll Do
As an Account Executive, your primary mission will be to drive sales and cultivate strong client relationships. Your responsibilities will include:
- Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Efficiently managing a portfolio of assigned client accounts and prospects.
- Supporting crucial account activities such as renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and expansion opportunities.
- Engaging deeply with clients to understand their needs, project timelines, and decision-making processes.
- Developing and presenting compelling proposals, quotations, presentations, and other commercial documents.
- Diligently following up on leads, client inquiries, proposals, and pending decisions.
- Maintaining a robust and active sales pipeline, ensuring clear next steps and expected timelines.
- Scheduling and attending client meetings, presentations, and follow-up discussions to nurture relationships.
- Collaborating effectively with internal teams to ensure client requirements are thoroughly understood and impeccably delivered.
- Providing regular, insightful updates on opportunities, client engagements, proposal statuses, and any potential blockers.
- Contributing significantly to revenue growth across designated products, services, and client segments.
Qualifications & Skills: Who We're Looking For
Education:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in sales, business development, account management, client relationship management, or a related commercial role.
- Prior experience in B2B sales, enterprise sales, HR solutions, recruitment, assessments, training, technology, education, or professional services will be a distinct advantage.
- Demonstrated experience in managing corporate clients or sales accounts is highly preferred.
